Responsibilities
- To ensure the service delivery is meeting the business and operational standards,
- To ensure appropriate measurement and reporting of service performance, usage and availability is in place in order to analyse the trends to identify and prioritize improvements
- Implementing correct measurement of capacity demands
- Implementing DevOps tools and life cycle processes on responsible services.
- Implementing Operational automation processes (test, deployment, alarm).
- Working in multiple Agile Squad teams and delivering outputs per each team
- Maintaining a close relationship with the respective departments (business, project office, infrastructure, solution) to be aware of any changes to or additions to the current scope of the services
- Leading vendor management, vendor SLA’s , micro groups and projects
- Working with Infrastructure team to meet HW requirements of the applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
- Preferably experience in banking products and regulations
- Experience in cloud architecture and micro service design
- Information Technologies, Algorithms, Relational Databases, Object Oriented Technologies, Banking Architecture
- Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in devops & agile methodology and cross-functional team deliveries
- Significant experience on UNIX/ Linux/Windows Operating system.
- Significant experience on Application servers Weblogic/Tomcat/IIS
- Significant experience of Java, .NET Applications and Management Tools
- Significant experience of UNIX/Linux Shell Scripting, Oracle PL/SQL and MSSQL systems
- Experience on private Cloud technologies (OpenShift Knowledge is a plus)
- Experience on CI/CD pipeline implementation tools is a plus
- Experience on Microservice architecture, technologies
- Experience on noSQL Databases
- Excellent command of English
- Good team player skills
- Ability to work with ambitious timelines in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Strong communication / interpersonal and decision making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests
- Familiar with working in an international environment
