Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience,
- Having a comprehensive knowledge of Project management standards and methodologies,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis and project management
- Good knowledge of agile software development practices,
- Working knowledge of user stories, UML, and BPMN,
- Experience in product management tools and techniques (Jira, Confluence, etc.),
- Knowledge of UX principles,
- Good command of English, both written and spoken,
Responsibilities
- Managing the Sprint cycles,
- Prepare product & sprint backlog and coordinate software development & testing processes for product tasks,
- Participate in UX/UI design and review processes,
- Writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria,
- Conducting UAT, product acceptance tests, and verify required functionality was developed and implemented as per business requirements,
- Clarifying and advocating a clear product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders,
- Developing and refining long-term team backlog in alignment with customer needs and company goals,
- Constructing quarterly team objectives and key results with team members and other stakeholders,
- Feeling of peace for contributing to a big social responsibility,
- A communicative team based on horizontal leadership,
