Qualifications
- Project/product knowledge & know-how is a plus,
- User Experience (UX), User Capability Knowledge,
- Experienced on all phases of product development in terms of life cycle,
- Ability of defining and explaining product vision and strategy to others,
- Track record of the close work with the development teams,
- Highly analytical and methodological approach to problem solving, with a track record,
- Ability of motivating the team with clear and elevated goals,
- Excellent communication skills at all levels,
- Leading successful cross-functional initiatives,
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills,
- Being confident and creative while expressing complex ideas in an articulated manner,
Responsibilities
- Strategy planning and creating roadmaps for the processes,
- Product implementation and deployment lead with a road plan and team communication are crucial in the operation phase,
- Creating applicable caution plans for all processes in terms of delivery and scope with an agile approach,
- Understanding customer needs and problems for improvement by retrieving the feedbacks and having interaction with the end users,
- Reshaping the product management plan according to the market changes, research, and pinpoints,
- Adequate appropriation of the resources in terms of specific business goals and preparation of benchmark analysis and business cases to take new improvements,
- Collaborative workstyle with the development team to implement and improve product innovations,
- Producing a mercurial delivery plan for the current conditions harmonious with the expectations of the stakeholders,
- Running the prototype development processes and testing with efficient techniques such as A/B testing,
- Feeling of peace for contributing to a big social responsibility,
- A communicative team based on horizontal leadership,
- A dynamic and collaborative workforce,
