Responsibilities:

  • To transfer information about projects to new and existing clients
  • To seek opportunities to add value for clients and ensure excellent customer experience is maintained,
  • Quickly understand the basics of new technology areas and consultancy areas for business units,
  • To establish new areas for collaboration with potential stakeholders,
  • To utilise internal CRM and Jira Project Management system to input and manage leads through the sales process,
  • To create “quotations” and manage “tenders” and to prepare formal offers,
  • To prepare contracts for clients by working with legal dept,

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree from Environmental, Chemical or Industrial Engineering Departments or relevant,
  • A fluent English-speaking skill and advance level writing skill,
  • Proven and demonstrable ability of business-to-business sales calling, prospecting, qualification, and closure,
  • The ability to understand and explain our services with technical and regulatory focused personnel through to C-level decision makers and developing compelling solutions tailored to client needs,
  • The ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders across a wide range of specialisms,
  • The ability to quickly and effectivity qualify the interest of a prospect,
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and ability to overcome client objections,

Desirable:

  • Experience in the ‘environmental’, ‘sustainability’ or ‘consultancy’ sector,
  • Software / digital solutions expertise,
  • Experience in using a CRM and Jira system to manage and maintain lead records,
  • Experience in project management and sales support,
