Çimko is a Turkish cement, concrete, and aggregate producer operating under Sanko Holding, tracing its roots to the 1995 privatization of the Adıyaman cement factory.

Project Summary

Çimko is a Turkish cement, concrete, and aggregate producer operating under Sanko Holding, tracing its roots to the 1995 privatization of the Adıyaman cement factory and its formal establishment in 2002. The company runs three integrated cement plants — in Kahramanmaraş/Narlı, Adıyaman, and Bartın — alongside grinding and packaging facilities and more than 40 ready-mixed concrete plants across 13 provinces, with annual capacity of roughly 9.4 million tons of cement and 5.6 million tons of clinker. In 2025, Çimko joined the United Nations Global Compact and issued a USD 300 million Eurobond, deepening its exposure to international capital markets where standardized climate disclosure is now a baseline expectation.
