Semtrio's credentials span sustainability ratings, advisory methodology, information security, and institutional governance. They are the product of operating to a consistent standard across 2,000+ projects, 300+ client organizations, and nine years of practice. Each credential is independently audited and renewed on an ongoing basis.
B Corp is one of the most rigorous third-party sustainability certifications available to companies globally — assessing performance across governance, workers, community, environment, and customers against a standardized 200-point framework. A score of 140.3 places Semtrio among the highest-rated B Corps worldwide. The certification is renewed every three years through a full re-assessment.
ISO 27001 is the internationally recognized standard for information security management systems. Certification demonstrates that an organization has implemented a structured, audited framework for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. For a sustainability advisory practice handling sensitive client data across disclosure, ratings, and finance-linked engagements, ISO 27001 certification signals institutional-grade data governance. Semtrio is currently in the certification process.
CDP formally recognizes Semtrio's capability to support organizations through the CDP disclosure and scoring process — covering data collection, questionnaire structuring, and score improvement. This is an advisory competence credential, separate from Semtrio's own CDP disclosure performance. Semtrio has completed 100+ CDP reports. In 2025, 75% of the organizations Semtrio supported achieved A List status — 33 of 44 projects — against a global A List rate of approximately 2%.
EcoVadis formally authorizes Semtrio to advise client organizations on EcoVadis preparation, assessment, and score improvement. This is a service capability credential, distinct from Semtrio's own EcoVadis Platinum rating. Organizations Semtrio has supported through EcoVadis achieve an average first-year score improvement of 25.6 points, with a 100% medal achievement rate.
Semtrio is an accredited partner under the Responsible® framework — a structured ESG and sustainability management programme formally authorized by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye (T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı). This accreditation recognizes Semtrio as qualified to deliver consulting services under the Responsible® methodology to organizations operating in Türkiye.
EcoVadis assessed Semtrio's own sustainability management performance across environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. A Platinum medal places Semtrio in the top 1% of all companies assessed globally. This credential measures Semtrio's own operating standards — it is categorically separate from Semtrio's EcoVadis Accredited Consulting Partner status, which recognizes advisory capability.
The UN Global Compact is the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative — a voluntary commitment to ten principles covering human rights, labor standards, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption. Membership requires an annual Communication on Progress demonstrating active implementation of the principles.
Semtrio was the first organization from Türkiye to join the TNFD Forum — the practitioner community supporting the global adoption of nature-related financial disclosure recommendations. Forum membership reflects active engagement with the framework ahead of anticipated mandatory adoption in several jurisdictions.
GRI Community membership reflects active engagement with the world's most widely used sustainability reporting framework. Semtrio's consulting team includes practitioners with extensive GRI-aligned reporting experience across manufacturing, finance, energy, and holding company structures.
The B Corp Way is a B Lab Europe programme that formally lists certified B Corps recognized as advisory partners for specific areas of sustainability practice. Semtrio is listed under Carbon B Radical — the programme for B Corps with a demonstrated track record of helping other organizations identify and reduce their carbon usage. This partnership designation is separate from Semtrio's own B Corp Certification and recognizes Semtrio's carbon advisory capability as validated by B Lab Europe.
