Netaş Telekomünikasyon A.Ş., a Borsa Istanbul-listed systems integrator, was founded in 1967 as a joint venture between PTT, Türkiye's state telecommunications operator, and Nortel, its first foreign technology partner. In 1973 Netaş established one of Türkiye's first private-sector telecom R&D units, a heritage it has carried forward from its Kurtköy, Istanbul base into network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions. Netaş is a constituent of the BIST Sustainability Index.
