We·Soda is the world's largest producer of natural soda ash, reaching global production of approximately 9.5 million tonnes annually following its 2025 acquisition of Genesis Alkali. Its Kazan facility near Ankara alone accounts for roughly 2.9 million tonnes of capacity — around 14 percent of world natural trona output. More than 80 percent of its Turkish production is exported to over 80 countries.
